6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) Consumers residing in the EU may withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The intention to withdraw must be indicated in writing at the e-mail address above.

7. Warranty and liability ZyloShop assumes warranty and liability in accordance with the relevant legislation.
